I'm wide awake -- in fact that was my state last night when once more out of desperation -- I started searching for natural help. I had decided the natural sleeping pills while appearing to work after an hour left me groggy and wanting more sleep in the morning - soooo off on my search I went again. I am a seasoned citizen, and my friends and I discuss our inability to get to sleep or stay asleep or awaken at the 2 A.M. time frame and are unable to return to sleep. I got this book because I thought it might help. I've tried everything, believing that someday I might find an answer to this sleep deprivation problem, I really was skeptical, I've tried everything suggested by "experts" to no avail The book is very short it only takes about an hour to read. I'm happy to say that the hour was well spent. Finally, I have been able to follow the steps to sleep. I still have problems but I can't tell you how much better I'm sleeping.
