3: Weigh the risks and benefits of surgical staging for endometrial cancer.
4: Determine when to incorporate surgical staging into the operative plan for a patient with endometrial carcinoma, based on preoperative factors.
5: Integrate imaging techniques into the decision-making process for surgical staging of endometrial cancer.
