Description
Diary of An Office Idiot is an irreverent and entertaining office humor series with a bunch of seriously off-the-wall characters and side-splitting funny situations in the workplace. This laugh-out-loud series is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. Put your feet up, pour yourself a stiff drink (or cup of tea), and treat yourself to a damn good laugh!
In this collection of riotously funny office goings-on we once again follow the absurd and bizarre shenanigans of the hapless Jones and his usual cast of sidekicks - the office sexpot, the sycophantic toadies, undercover perverts, man-eating clients, the mysterious donut thief, a short reference to Adolf Hitler that's completely in bad taste, and a rather unusual way of debt collecting. If it's laughter you're after, these workplace tales are guaranteed to put a smile on your face and leave you chuckling long after reading the last paragraph.
Excerpt from book: "When Jones came to he was lying stretched out on a gleaming stainless-steel slab. He groaned. Oh God, he thought, I'm dead.
He was lying on a cold stainless-steel slab in the morgue.
He blinked his eyes furiously and tried to focus. What the hell had happened? How did he get here? Focus! Focus! Focus!
He gritted his teeth. Slowly, painfully, the vision of a blue, swollen penis came into view. It was standing straight up out of his trousers like an angry purple salami three times its usual size. It took him some moments to realize that the disembodied salami belonged to him. That was his disgusting, pitiful swollen penis!
Oh sweet Jesus! He was immediately thrown into desperate panic. I'm lying dead on a steel slab in the morgue and the first thing the pathologist is going to cut off to inspect is my dick!
"Oh shit! Oh Jesus!" he wailed out loud, and clutched instinctively at his pecker, shielding it protectively with both hands. "Not my dick!" he wailed, eyes screwed tightly shut. "Please God - don't let them take the family jewels!"
