Description
Abe Jones is a man who's never seen much action...
Abe's parents are long gone and he's embraced the solitary existence that fate has dealt him.
Once known as 'Feather-Fist Jones' by his peers for his lack of fighting prowess, Abe's past comes back to haunt him when two outlaws, Dyson and Lynch, turf him off his land without so much as a scuffle.
They've come for the gold, and there's nothing Abe can do about it.
Marching out into the desert on Dyson and Lynch's orders, Abe is rescued by the beautiful Sylvia, who brings him back to her father's ranch and attempts to train him to handle a gun.
Sylvia entrusts Abe with a 'courage stone' - one of a number of mountain relics said to give whoever touches them the ability to find their inner strength - and it isn't long before Abe discovers the hero within.
Everything seems to be turning around and Abe even plucks up the courage to ask Sylvia to marry him.
But tragedy strikes when Lynch murders Sylvia in cold blood, and both bandits escape.
With the town's sheriff murdered by the outlaws, Dyson takes up the position of sheriff, wreaking havoc throughout the town.
As the truth of Dyson and Lynch's scheme becomes clear, Abe is appointed the role of marshal for the specific purpose of taking down both Lynch and Dyson.
Heading for Mountain's End, Abe assumes the name of Feather-Fist Jones once more and enlists the aid of trustworthy locals Alroyd and Drygulch.
But even with their help and the Stone of Courage, Abe is about to find that taking down your enemy is no mean feat...
