Description
As A Man Thinketh was the third and most popular book from the eighteenth century philosophical writer, James Allen. It is so well regarded that it continues to be mass produced though it was written over 100 years ago. While loosely based on the similarly titled Biblical Proverb, As A Man Thinketh's world-wide acceptance allowed Allen to quit his secretarial job and dedicate himself to writing full-time. He would then write more than one book a year until his death in 1912.
The 21st Century Edition is revised to help keep it relevant for our times by translating much of the language style from that used in his day without diluting the meaning behind the language.
The Law of Attraction, popularized recently in movies and books, like The Secret and What the Bleep Do We Know, is actually not that new. Many have been writing about it's power for quite some time. Meditating with appropriate skill, such as well formed intention and gratitude, we can powerfully attract to ourselves the good we all desire and deserve. That's not just some 21st century froo-froo spirituality mumbo jumbo. Learn more in this book from James Allen.
