What do you do when the very fabric of reality is unravelling around you and strange Extra Dimensional invaders are destroying the world?
Dr Ryuichi Watanabe a research scientist from the Miskatonic University with his 8 year old daughter Mauve are the only survivors of an alien attack on New York City run. When Mauve falls victim to the venom of one of these grotesque creatures Ryuichi uses an insidious alien device called "The Circuit" to save her life. But there are consequences to this action.
Mauve is ultimately saved from her dying world by a human Extra Dimensional Survey Team from a parallel Earth who had assumed that the ongoing collapse of the dimensional barriers on her home world was a natural disaster. As Mauve grows her humanity seems to slip away from her, a consequence of the device used to save her life, she joins the Extra Dimensional Survey in a bid to recover "The Circuit" which she is still addicted to, and doing so she escapes into the distant past.
In 19th Century India the alien and the advanced human technology Mauve took back with her in time inspires a young Captain Nemo to construct his submersible the Nautilus. Captain Nemo's father is murdered by a Thuggee, a worshiper of the goddess Kali who seek to use the power of the Circuit to destroy the British Empire which has almost hunted his murderous brotherhood to extinction.
Can Mauve recover her lost humanity and with the help of Captain Nemo and Madam Acarda a trance medium of The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn a 19th Century Mystic Society and various Ghosts, Demons and Alien Entities recover the Circuit and dispel safely the lethal power in it which can in tear down the walls of reality allowing the ravenous invaders loose upon another unsuspecting Earth.
Nearing the end of his long life, how does Captain Nemo ultimately revenge himself of his father's killers and use the Nautilus to transport the strangest of cargoes into oblivion?
Entropy Circuit is a Steampunk Multiverse Time travel roller-coaster ride set in the universes of Jules Verne and H.P. Lovecraft.
