Description
On July 4, 1947, the tiny military hamlet of Roswell, New Mexico was thrust into both history and folklore as being the first city in the United States to claim that it captured an alien "Flying Saucer." Five days later, the Army declared the event over, and that what was found was nothing more than a downed weather balloon.
Then, in the early 1970's, the investigation was looked into. There were stories of a crashed alien spacecraft with bodies. These objects were said to have been taken to a base in Ohio. Then, the story changed - not ONE but TWO foreign objects crashed outside the desert of Roswell.
They... were WRONG. There were, in fact, THREE vessels!
Special Agent Robert Halstead of the FBI's "Special Investigation Unit," made contact with Jason Greer, a pulp fiction writer, and legend. Mr. Greer informed Agent Halstead about the third and unknown UFO from the famous Roswell Crash and invited him along for an out-of-this-world adventure.
They came in contact with UFO activist Susan Flagg, who dedicated her life to solving the conspiracy behind "The Roswell Incident." When asked to investigate a new and different side to the legend, she was, at first, skeptical.
Following incredible leads, being chased by mysterious "Men in Black," cattle mutilations, and people who do not have to answer to the law, Halstead, Greer, and Flagg experience an investigation of the bizarre. Aliens most violent and marooned seek to escape this primitive planet filled with tribal warfare and sickness. Government stooges who will do anything to keep the aliens from leaving. When these worlds collide, the story becomes epic!
An old tale is told anew in "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Roswell."
