Description

This is an epic Star Watch Adventure. What a ride!!! An advanced enemy fleet, comprised of thousands of Sahhrain Vastma-class warships, is headed toward the Sol System -- a fleet that can in no way be matched by the U.S. fleet's current assets. Omni Jason Reynolds, head of the entire Allied force defense, also learns his daughters, Boomer and Mollie, have ventured into the multiverse to deal with the murderous Rom Dasticon once and for all. He soon discovers it was a one-way trip -- marooned, the girls have no way to return home -- unless he can, somehow, find them one. To discover key answers about the Caldurians and their multiverse technology, Jason and Dira return to the scrapyard where his father, Admiral Perry Reynolds, now semi-retired, resides. Here, long-held secrets of the past are unearthed... the real story of the discovery of The Lilly and Ricket, once trapped hundreds of feet below ground. But, as they will learn, the story began many years before that, when young Captain Perry Reynolds was commissioned to skipper a secret 1940s-era Iowa-class battleship, the USS Montana. His days spent on that great warship -- as well as his subsequent defeat and dishonor -- mold the man Perry Reynolds ultimately becomes. As ramifications from past events converge into the present, Jason will be faced with three prominent Star Watch crewmembers meeting their untimely, and emotionally devastating, end.

Reviews:

What a tangled web he weaved... This story just gets more and more complicated. As one adversary is vanquished another takes its place. The multiverse can be traversed but without a map, they can't get back. So off go the teenagers to find the obelisk and hope to kill the latest villain, rom dasticon. An old enemy of perry comes back to try and reclaim Earth. It's exciting, mysterious, and intriguing. Not without a few laughs, but with lots of battles, wounded comrades, and a few losses. I now see this set of (3 or 4?) military science fiction books as separate, but interlinked stories. The Star Watch series is as cool as the individual books. Very cool. Enjoy... - Char

Makes me want to enlist in Star Watch!
A superbly written novel that immerses the reader in believable action to the point that you are there with the crews of Star Watch., the back story on Perry was pure genius. Mr. Mark Wayne McGinnis, you are a gifted writer. I will pay to read anything by you. Yes, even better than BV Larson or Craig Alanson. WELL DONE SIR. - MM

Better than BV Larson
Recommend to all scifi action fans. MWM is a marvelous writer and can skip around with the best of them. Bring more on.-J

Glory for Sea and Space. Star Watch series book 4
I am in love with the whole series. It is not a great work of literature, but I am not looking for that. I love Military Syfy and just fin ol' fashioned Syfy, and the unusual people in the story, but mostly I am looking to be entertained and these stories do that. They hold my attention and I need to see what happens next and Mr. Mark Wayne McGinnis pops some good surprises from time to time. - PCK

Great Story
Brilliant scifi adventure continues with super characters. Many surprises in the twists and turns within the storyline. Some new bad guys appear as the action unfolds. Looking forward to the next book to see where our gang is going. The author is doing a great job keeping us hanging on to see what surprise is in the future.

The Star Watch series is a great continuation of the previous story... The Star Watch series is a great continuation of the previous storyline. The sequel never missed a beat when it started up and all the characters that were brought over make this series just as enjoyable as the first. - BNSF244

Loved it. Glory for Sea and Space is another winner from Mark Wayne McGinnis
Could not put it down. Also loved The Fallen Ship. Keep 'em coming... please!
