Description

Jeb Clinton owns most of the goldfields of California.

The rich land is sought by many honest settlers, whose wagon trains travel through Wyoming, Alabama and Texas, hoping to settle in California. But Clinton has other ideas. He's set up his own laws and brought in outlaws to ensure his laws are fulfilled and the land is left for him to own.

Twin Forks is under Clinton's rule, and everyone knows it. Those who try to settle find themselves dead. Clinton's empire is no match for even the hardest of them, but Wade Bayer isn't prepared to back down.

With the sheriff feeding out of Clinton's hand, there is little the townsfolk can do but bow to Clinton's desires and ensure they stay out of his way while he takes over.

But Bayer doesn't fear any man, and he doesn't mind killing to stop Clinton ruling the richest part of the West. But his reasons for going after Clinton and bringing him down go far beyond saving the people of the town and the ranchers... Clinton's crimes were too close to home for Bayer and he will stop at nothing to ensure Clinton meets his end...
