Hello Friends of Eddie the Whale,

On what seems like an ordinary day, a young boy embarks on a journey and meets a wise old whale that teaches him a lesson he will never forget. My hope is that in these trying times, stories about kindness and joy will warm the hearts of children of all ages. In addition, I feel it is so important for children to see themselves in books. As a woman who is deaf with cochlear implants, I wanted to write a book that shows children with hearing loss as part of the mainstream, along with other examples of diversity.
