The Civil War is over and Lee Devrin finally returns to the small town of Fenton...

Ravaged by the war and shocked at the death he'd witnessed, Devrin is looking forward to a normal life with his family. Leaving the bloodshed and cannon roar behind, Devrin realises he has transformed from the boy who first went to war into a man.

When his family are slaughtered by killers who target innocent men and women for pleasure, he swears vengeance. He'll stop at nothing to track down the men who murdered his family. Unfortunately, most of the gang is long gone... bar a few. With little left to lose, Devrin takes matters into his own hands, especially when it becomes clear that someone in town doesn't want Devrin to know the truth behind what happened.

Setting out on the trail to death, his gun at his waist, Devrin will stop at nothing to bring down the killers... but it's not as easy as he thinks!
