The human body is so smart. It is so smart because it grow itself into a full grown adult. Everything we eat integrates into the fabric of our DNA. Every dietary choice has a positive or negative effect on our cells. After recognizing that the body is self-healing and self-regulating, I decided to write Nutritional Nirvana.
This is a simple book that lays out the basics of macronutrients, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and a complete nutritional analysis of my favorite 15 foods: pasture-raised eggs, pasture-raised bacon, grass-fed bison, grass-fed beef, raw milk, wild salmon, grass-fed butter, organic watercress, organic red bell peppers, macadamia nuts, organic sweet potatoes, wild blueberries, organic bee pollen, raw cacao powder and organic dark chocolate.
