Description
A collection of essays on Shakespeare's 'Macbeth' by theatrical husband and wife team David and Janice L Blixt. David Blixt is an actor, director, and author, penning such novels as The Master Of Verona and Her Majesty's Will. Jan Blixt is the award-winning Artistic Director of the Michigan Shakespeare Festival and Executive director of A Crew Of Patches Theatre Company, a Shakespearean repertory troupe in Chicago. She is also the author of a new translation/adaptation of Anton Chekhov's The Seagull. The two Blixts have played the lead roles in Macbeth more times than they can count, and over the last two decades have developed very strong opinions regarding the nature and production of the cursed Scottish Play.
