Evelyn Adams is a student of Christ, having studied religious history, philosophy and Catholic theology over many, many years. She attends mass three to four times per week and co-sponsors a monthly rosary at her home parish. This is her first e-book on this subject. Adams is a life-long Catholic with strong opinions about faith and how it is viewed in the world today.

Paradise is obtainable here on earth, Jesus explains in the Gospels -- but only if we give faith the opportunity to truly exist and work in our lives. In a cynical age, heroes are in great need. The saints can fill that role."

The narrative in this first volume covers two saints, St. Maria Goretti and St. Giovanna Beretta Molla. There is a bonus chapter on "The Power of Prayer" and an essay about the dangers of lust.

Evelyn Adams hopes this short ebook will inspire the faithful and non-faithful to pray with more vigor and passion for our Lord, while understanding that the rewards of heaven can be achieved on earth, suffice it to say if we choose to accept the gifts Christ left us, adhere to His Word, and put in the work it takes to fulfill the promises of the Father.
