The book looks at the offensive behaviours of Chinese Tour Groups both inside and outside of China. It looks at the reaction of foreigners who come into contact with these groups and seeks to change the behaviours displayed. Yunmei Wang, a young Chinese author who has travelled in over 40 countries offer a Chinese insight and explains the reasons behind the often disgusting behaviours. She also offers concrete advice on what needs to be done inside China to overcome the problems.
