In the 22nd Century the human race expanded into the known universe and found... Nothing.

Over the next hundred years, the cracks began to form and the human colonies started to fight against each other, and then the human race fractured into four distinct factions each with their own idea on how to run life in space.
- The Puritans: Governed by the military, the entire population is genetically grown to serve a purpose, hoping to correct society's failings caused by people fighting to change their lives.
- The New Space Religion (NSR): As the human race expanded into the universe, many questioned the old religions but man sort to find the answers in the stars, and formed a faction built around their new religion and the goal to better and fulfil their lives.
- ZSK: A capitalist society run by a planetary board of directors where everything, including public services comes at a cost, where the other factions fight for power or territory, they would sit on the side lines and wonder how to make money
- Earth Faction: The only faction that still has control of Earth, run by a democratically elected government it has inherited many of the same problems that were faced by governments during the 20th century.

The Great War raged across the stars as each faction tried to establish dominance over the other three, until all the factions signed an armistice and the uneasy truce between them began.

Now in the 23rd century, it is the time of games of espionage and unofficial operations, and former Earth Faction Forces Lieutenant Sean Maloan, still drowning in the regret and anger of loosing an entire team has been made the latest player of this shadowy game.

Invited by the promise of revenge by the master player Agent Black of the Earth Intelligence Network (EIN), Sean must turn a group of strong-minded individuals into a team, as he tries to navigate the shadows on a mission that will take them through every faction, to stop a crazed Puritan General from developing a weapon that would destroy life on Earth and shift the balance of power in the known universe.

However, if he accepts this mission, it is with the understanding that there is no backup, no rescue and if they get caught... they are on their own.
