The Canary Island's Cumbre Vieja volcano is experiencing a major 8.9 earthquake.

Some say it's just a local disaster. But, Dr. Samuel May, one of the world's premier researchers on stratovolcanos knows different. He's a renowned crackerjack scientist who's predicted this earthquake would cause the volcano to collapse into the Atlantic Ocean.
