Texas A & M veterinary surgeon Lindsay Robbins works eight days a week, and goes home to her cat. When rancher Ty McGreer shows up with a busted bull calf, and Lindsay can't resist his appeal. They first clicked in college, and Ty brought her the then injured kitten Aggie. A passionate encounter leaves them both head over heels, but Lindsay carries wounds most people couldn't guess at.
