Description
The Burnham Family, led by Lew and Gail Burnham, have travelled widely and developed favorite recipes from around the world. Our gratitude goes out to our parents, friends, and family, who made travelling and experiencing the world possible and with whom we have enjoyed so many delicious meals from Pepper Soup with Uncle Clarence to Belgian Waffles, Swiss Raclette, and Japanese salad. We have savored steaks on the Tran Siberian Railway, borscht in Moscow, Brazilian beans and rice, and German cookies. Sweet guava paste from Colombia, fresh pineapples and coconuts from the tropical jungle, and French pastries have charmed us. For these and many other gastronomical delights we are grateful and look forward to more new foods.
