I: Fairy Queen-in-Waiting, Yeyet Soriano
Rae hated tradition, which dictated that upon reaching her twenty-first birthday, she would be crowned the Fairy Queen and she would marry the man selected to be her king. The problem was, tradition also dictated that her sister, Fall, would need to sacrifice her wings to a dragon in order to keep the peace in the realm. To make matters worse, the man Rae was supposed to marry, Leaf, was in love with her sister, Fall. Rae didn't want to be queen, she didn't want to marry Leaf and she didn't want her sister to sacrifice her wings. So a week before her twenty-first birthday, she set out to offer the dragon her own wings -- there was only one problem, Coal, her childhood tormentor, discovered her plot and wants in on the mission.

When a prince falls for a princess the whole world stops to listen to their stories unfold, however what happens when the usual stories don't begin the same. The princess herself enjoyed what many princes would enjoy. Will the Prince of Kairos be able to tame the elegant and dazzling Aria despite her mercurial personality?

Jeremiah Greene is a bitter and cynical man. It doesn't help that he's a psychopomp to a drunken deity of death, or that he's stuck with immortality and been doing this for decades. This story is another from the many tales of Jeremiah Greene and what happens when he takes a day off from hunting monsters and runs into an old flame.
VII: Finding Harvey, Kat Lucas
Finding Harvey is a short story that takes several tropes and clichés in fiction and turns them on their heads - or at least, attempts to. Instead of hormonal teenagers or children who happen to be in the wrong place at the right time, it features two college students. Despite the title, a young woman named Clara is the protagonist. Oh, and there is a portal to another world inside a locker.
VIII: A Tale of Two Siblings, Sarah Meneses
The rules of the House of Incognito are simple: wear a mask during gatherings, introduce yourself using a pseudonym, and do not reveal your identity to anyone. But when members start to go missing, inquiries are made. Who else knows about them? Why were the missing members targeted? Who's next?
IX: Turn To Dust, Rey Carlos "Eisenröz" Rosales
In this story, the Republic of the Philippines is about to celebrate a nuclear New Year. Nukes have been launched from a hijacked British submarine. Left with no options to prevent the missiles from hitting the Southeast Asian nation, a leader of a top secret elite armed forces group based in Majarlika (an island nation near the Indonesian Archipelago) made choices which, while only partly beneficial to his men, are supposed to ensure that the Filipino people live.
