Description
The parotid gland is a major salivary gland. The parotid glands are a pair of mainly serous salivary glands draining their secretions into the vestibule of oral cavity through the Stensen duct.The gland Start anterior to each ear, move to the cheek area, and then inferior to the angle of the mandible. The current study will be the first on this issue in KP and the findings of this study will have important public health implications for the prevention and treatment of malignant parotid tumor. The results will be projected to various healthcare institutions to improve the diagnostic and treatment procedures so that better management can be given to the patients to reduce the morbidity and mortality.
