Description
Our tale begins in a cupboard under the stairs where we find Frank, the leading lady of the story in hiding from someone she would rather not bump into at the moment. You see Frank has managed to get herself into a bit of trouble. People always told her she had a strange sense of humour but in her wildest dreams she never imagined it would get her into this much bother.
What began as an innocent jokey conversation in her local paper shop has turned into something far more sinister. At first Frank tries to convince herself that what's happening is nothing more than a string of coincidences. As time goes on though and the body count starts to rise she has to finally face the fact that maybe she's the cause of everything that's happening.
Before long she finds herself getting deeper and deeper and she can't seem to find a way to get herself out of this nightmare. She's lying to the police and leaping out of her skin every time the doorbell rings. You see, Frank doesn't want anyone asking too many awkward questions, and she has a good reason for that.
As she says at the beginning of our story...
"I never intended for anyone to die, I just wanted to pay my paper bill."
