Practice and improve your German to complete the B1 level

This book is designed to help learners apply the German language at the B1 level using my Supported Communication Approach, which I've been developing for the past ten years.

I've recreated the mechanics of my classes and embedded them in the exercises throughout this book. In my teaching, I work with pure interaction from the first minute, encouraging students to speak as much as possible.

At B1 level, it's still hard to speak freely on a random topic. But what I've found to work exceptionally well is:

a) Using question-and-answer routines to spark meaningful interaction.

b) Preparing a text using the Q&A method, so students can later speak freely about it.

c) Creating free-speaking tasks based on the routines above.

This book enables learners to study independently, with a partner, or in a classroom setting. The suggested routines allow students to fully benefit from this methodology and reach or strengthen their B1-level skills in German with confidence.
