The Apponaug State Penitentiary staff blamed the government for the botched execution of Winston 'Wax' Beane. However, the penitentiary staff's account of that day was never recorded. In truth, the execution went exactly as the government planned, they successfully cloaked their experimental tryzyium plates as a form of humanitarian relief for the archaic electric chair.
Winston did indeed survive the execution, his horrific physical scars now match the mental ones four years on death row inflicted on him.
Winston's subsequent acquittal, two weeks after the shrouded execution, will never truly set him free, but his escape from government custody just might. While on the run, Winston turned to his childhood friend Rackets for help and shelter.
Winston soon realized the electric-chair had opened a door, setting free his death-row dream protector 'Beane'. Beane stepped through, obscuring the line between nightmares and reality. Beane unleashed lawless vengeance on those involved in the wrongful conviction of Winston by manipulating their thoughts, fears and most prized possessions into a nightmarish reality only their confession of wrongdoing could stop.
Winston soon learned the tryzyium plates allowed him to exponentially enhance his brain's electrical impulses into a fiery flow of electricity. The experiment was a success; the government created the ultimate weapon, but now they needed to find him.
