AS YOU MAKE DECREES, HEAVEN ENFORCES THEM ON YOUR BEHALF
"Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee,... Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee... " Job 22:27-28
Life is a contest like someone said, it is either you win or you are won! The daily occurrences we face seem to release fear and tension all around us as such, if we must live victorious lives, we must fight according to the rules.
One fundamental rule of life is that everything is controlled by the word of mouth. According to Neurologists, the human speech organ possesses the greatest number of neurons in the body and dominates all other neurons in the human body. Further into their research, the speech nerve has been found to rule over other nerves in the body. This finding goes a long way to agree with the scripture that states thus:
"Death and life are in the power of the tongue... " Prov. 18:21
God exemplified this when in creation he used the word of mouth to enforce his acts:
"And God said, Let there be light: and there was light" Gen. 1:3
"And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so" Gen. 1:9
The above two scriptural verses and many others confirm the enormous power in spoken words. In the wake of all the evil news that we hear every day, rather than live in fear, this book comes to you as a voice of encouragement, calling you to stand your ground and enforce your protection as already put in place by the almighty. He says:
"There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling" Psalm 91:10
"For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone" Psalm 91:11-12
To further reveal the power in the tongue, Jesus speaking says: "... Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done" Matthew 21:21
"For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith" Mark 11:23
When you are speaking to mountains, you are not speaking to God, you are addressing challenges, obstacles, problems etc. You are saying what God has told you to say concerning the situation or circumstance. If you truly love to eat the fruit of the power of your tongue, then, you must start using it; start speaking, there is incredible power in your mouth to change situations and circumstances of life! Don't let situations defeat you, defeat situations by your words. That's what this book is about.
Is your life under threat? Decree now: "I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the LORD" Psalm 118:17
Is there a gang up or gathering against you? Enforce this decree over your life now:
"No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD" Isaiah 54:17
As the Church continued to pray for Peter, making declarations over him, there was supernatural angelic intervention, his protection and deliverance were enforced. Even angels enforce their works by speaking - In the book of Jude, Michael involved God and enforced the liberation of Moses when he said to the devil: "The Lord rebuke thee".
Therefore, you must not give up, continue to speak, and you will never be defeated in life.
