Bruce Lee historian and author Paul Bax, and Bruce Lee's first student, Jesse Glover, were close friends who interacted from 1993 until Glover's untimely death in 2012.

All of this in addition to Jesse's daily words on Paul Bax's forum, The JKD Brotherhood forum from 2004 until his death in 2012.
