In August 2015, I found myself in the cardiac wing of Bethesda North Hospital in Cincinnati after what was termed a "small" heart attack. It didn't feel small to me. That day marked a turning point in my life. On my doctor's advice, I revamped my diet, ramped up my exercise, and took on the challenge of managing stress. This book is the result of my journey to control stress by focusing on daily positives.
Since early 2016 I've made it a habit to write down the great things that happen every day -- no matter how big or small. This practice has introduced me to amazing people, led to delicious new recipes, and brought joy back into my life.
