What will High School be like for Remmy and Sandy? Almost all of their friends are attending the same school, except for Charlie! He is attending an all-boys private boarding school, much to Remmy's disappointment. Sandy is still friends with Rachel and Susie, but she is starting to question those friendships when they join in with another group of 'cool' girls. High School is starting to feel like a repeat of Middle School.

An immediate attraction to a boy called Tony gives Sandy some breathing space, and she explores her creative side with the drama club.

The two step-sisters grow apart again, mostly because of 'the vamps' bullying Remmy. She feels at a loss when her best friend, Bridget, pulls away from her. Luckily, she has made two new friends, Sky and Nick, who are supportive and fun to be around. As the weeks fly past, Sandy and Tony become close. Remmy is concerned as she doesn't trust Sandy's new boyfriend, there's something about him that gives her the creeps.
