Learning to dance in the rain is a book about my journey with Vestibular Neuritis, Vestibular Migraine and Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness and how I have come to accept these illnesses and learnt to 'dance in the rain'. I am not completely better but I have learnt lots of tips and tricks to help me cope over the last few years of suffering with dizziness and I have written this book to share my story and some of the helpful tips I have learnt with others going through their own Vestibular journey. I also wrote this book to raise much needed awareness of Vestibular Disorders because 4 years ago I had never even heard of Vestibular Neuritis, Vestibular Migraine or Persistent Postural Perceptual Dizziness let alone know how they can affect someone. I hope this book brings help to other sufferers!
