In 2010, the Ballymun Library Writers put together their first anthology of flash fiction and poetry, under the tutelage of their founder Orla Ni hAonigh. For the first time, this collection is now available as an ebook.
Putting this book together with the Ballymun Library Creative Writers group confirms once again for me that wonderful writers are not far away. In fact they could be closer than you think, maybe in your own family, and these writers often
never make it to the shelves of libraries or bookshops. If this collection is a small step on a writers journey to publication or realising a personal goal I am happy. I hope when you dip in and share these memories, stories and poems, you are too.
