Description
Unlike her sister Lenox Green has never been beautiful. Her frizzy orange hair, pasty freckle-covered skin, and dull brown eyes were only vessels to her true beauty -- sadly, very few got close enough to her to see that. The scars that marred her face kept people at bay from truly seeing her inner self. Dean Meyers was the only one, other than her brother, who fought for her, standing up to her bullies. When she was with Dean, he helped her forget the bullies and all her flaws. In his eyes, she was beautiful, and in her eyes, he could do no wrong. Even at his worst, she forgave him. He destroyed her when he married the biggest bully of them all and moved away. Their friendship was ripped apart, and ties were severed. When snowy Christmas weather blows Dean back into town, he makes it his mission to mend their friendship... can she forgive and forget? Will the Christmas spirit help her forget that he tossed away every gift she gave him? It's going to take more than a Christmas Miracle to help her forget that the only man she would ever love -- married her sister. Christmas with the family was going to be a hoot this year.
*This is not a sweet little Christmas story. There is talk of abuse and dark elements to this story. There is also murder, but there is a HEA.*
