Description
Few folks know anything about the retail industry. Understandably so, you enter a store, select a product, pay for it and leave. Right? When one reads the history of Sears Roebuck and Company you will only read about the giants like, Julius Rosenwald, Robert E. Wood, Arthur Wood, Metcalf, Telling, Ed Brennan, and Martinez, making Sears great. But I contend the giants of Sears were the everyday employees that showed up for work that made Sears great. For over a hundred years Sears employees are the ones we should be reading about in Sears history. MY MEMOIRS gives an account of one employee "ME' that gave it one hell of a try.
