Wood, Arthur Wood, Metcalf, Telling, Ed Brennan, and Martinez, making Sears great. But I contend the giants of Sears were the everyday employees that showed up for work that made Sears great. For over a hundred years Sears employees are the ones we should be reading about in Sears history. MY MEMOIRS gives an account of one employee "ME' that gave it one hell of a try.
