A Nigerian Woman's Nightmare
After a series of painful miscarriages, Alexandria Oguche Kent is poised to protect her latest pregnancy. She adjusts her work routine, maintains a healthy lifestyle, and prioritizes her family. One afternoon, she is brutally assaulted in her home and left for dead. She slips into a coma and loses her pregnancy.
When she awakens from the coma, which was a miracle to everyone, and reveals the identity of her attacker to the detective in charge of the investigation, her allegation cannot be ascertained because Alexandria has been diagnosed with dissociative disorders. But she tries to convince her husband and the detective that she isn't crazy, and that the assailant still has access to their home to sexually assault her. But her husband is too busy with his mistress to listen. And then Alexandra suddenly becomes pregnant.
Assured he hasn't slept with his wife in a long while, Alexandra's husband hires a private investigator to find the assailant responsible for his wife's pregnancy, even though he is not sure of the paternity of the unborn child. As the PI digs deep into his investigation, he comes to a shocking realization. Alexandria might not be as crazy as they thought. She knows who her attacker was.
