A Regency Historical Romance Inspired by Jane Austen's SANDITON
(Not based on the TV show and not a clean romance)*

After the adventure of a lifetime in the up-and-coming seaside town of Sanditon, Charlotte Heywood has returned to her father's house in Willingden with a broken heart. The man she loves, Sidney Parker, did not propose to her, and she left Sanditon without knowing why. It is her dear friend Frederica Lambe who tells her the truth by letter: Sidney is engaged! Will Sidney's wedding take place? And if so, will Charlotte be able to find happiness in Willingden without him?

This Regency romance borrows from Jane Austen's original works, which are now in the public domain. The only characters who appear in this adaptation are from Jane Austen's original universe (or are implied by it). While the original Sanditon fragment is too incomplete for us to know how Austen would have resolved the romantic plot, this novel pairs Charlotte with a likely candidate for her heart.

Readers may also recognize minor characters from Austen's other works, including Pride and Prejudice and Emma. However, readers do not have to be familiar with Austen's original works before reading this story.

*Warning: This novel includes some sexual content. This is not a clean romance.
