Since meeting The Outlaws, the lives of Symba, Nina, & Christian changed drastically. Angel, Dominick and Quest are married with children, but they still run Las Vegas and dominate the Black Market. Things are good and they believe that things will only go up from there. That is until they start losing clients.

There is competition lurking and The Outlaws quickly go from the top to the bottom. With Angel being the leader, he's bothered by the unfortunate change the most.
