Anxious and passive aggressive, Terry is obsessed with getting low level revenge on his neighbours for their anti-social acts. His primary target is Glenda, an octogenarian who never cleans up after her dog and can be found burlesque dancing online.

Terry and Glenda realise they have more in common than meets the eye, and together they set about trying to teach a lesson to local wrongdoers. Terry confides in Glenda that the one person he would like to really get revenge on, is a man known only as Vic, who scammed his family out of money.
