Description
Aylin practically grew up in the mountainous woods boardering the farm that had been in their family for over 100 years. In that time, she knew every nook and cranny, ravine and gorge, where the special herbs and spices could be found. The woods were her sanctuary when troubles came their way; her hiding place, playground, and all around happy place. Her brother ran off years before with his inheritance leaving her father to try to make the farm profitable with only his wife and daughter. Then when he died, Aylin and her mother did their best to keep the farm and the land that was the most precious asset they had.
When they received a letter from the prodigal son telling them that he was coming home to sell the farm things got interesting.
