Description
Eleanor is 36 years old and so very alone. Our story begins on the day she dies, but the next day, she's still there.
Eleanor believes she can time-travel, she always has. Ever since she was small and terrible things tore her family apart.
Marianne is 90, blind and lives across the road. When Eleanor asks to stay with her, she's accepted not only into the house but into Marianne's heart, where there is plenty of room. Between them, the women try to figure out how to change Eleanor's past, in the hopes of altering the course of her future.
Exploring themes of isolation, friendship, abuse, grief and loss, the story takes us on a journey from a place of helplessness in search of belonging, acceptance and love. Did Eleanor really die? More importantly, did she ever really live?
