This is a book of lists. It's for anyone who feels overwhelmed, who finds it hard to concentrate, who has experienced difficulty reading an entire book, or for anyone who, like me, loves lists.
The lists are divided into three categories: self, relationships, and lists of questions to encourage journaling, because writing is the only way I know to get emotionally organized.
