"... School is fine... " Looks away, another pause,

"... I've made a new friend... " Smiles hopefully and moves aside revealing his home-made robot,

"... His name's Shiner, on account of that black ring around his left eye... " Billy points to his robot's eye,

"... I was gonna spray over it, but then I kinda like it." He motions to the screen,

"... Go on Shiner, say hello to mom." A tiny pause, then a thin metal voice,

"Hello Mrs Cade... " Blue robot eyes shining,
