Description
This month we are celebrating the twelfth anniversary of Schlock! with a special bumper edition of stories and features. We begin with another instalment of Hawkelson Rainier's tale of hippie mayhem, The Lake Erie Lights. This is followed by a quick trip to the occult section of the British Museum. After that we provide a round-up of all that's happening in the world of sf and horror publishing, followed by a horrific tale of monkeys and organ grinders. Then it's down to Picklock Lane for Redistribution Day, followed by a tale of blobs and simulations. Young Rowland Willard listens to the Silent Man. The world's richest people cruise through the waters of an apocalyptic Earth. We take good look at an exotic dancer's exotic tattoos. The Broken Detective returns, investigating a necromancer with more corpses than usual. Carlton Herzog takes us on a road trip through reality. An attempt to storm Area 51 is surprisingly successful, but leaves us with more [redacted] than answers. The Eye-Ship crash-lands beneath the Phantom Sun. Burning Cloud and the giant Timeless go up against the Mind Benders. A clone attempts to leave the facility. Marla is sentenced to transportation, but she has demonic assistance. One man becomes obsessed with an aberration. Another is prematurely born under a bad sign. And we round off our anniversary edition with a review of Dariel Quiogue's new sword and sorcery collection, Track of the Snow Leopard.
