Tom Hardy is a young man who is on the fast-track to success. He is an up-and-comer in the corporate world who seems set to have a long and lucrative career as a business executive. During a casual conversation with his colleagues, an unusual topic is broached: do women have it harder than men in the corporate world? Tom doesn't think so but is challenged to prove his assertion. Unfortunately for Tom, this involves him dressing up as the new girl at the office and finding out for himself whether he is as successful. What starts off as a slightly embarrassing journey takes an unusual turn when Tom (now Terry) finds that he likes the new attention that he is getting from his male colleagues. As time goes on, the challenge becomes less and less important to Terry as he discovers the joys of womanhood. But when a new man enters Terry's life, she will have a difficult decision to make.
