develop different social, emotional, and physical qualities.
But both are God's creations and He loves them very much. Help your child
understand how amazing and wonderful they are with Because God
Made Me I Am Special by Crystal Mary Lindsey.
It is a colorful and fun book that will help your child appreciate and be content with
who they are in their childhood and beyond.
This book grabs the reader's attention right from the first page. We
are invited into the story by a boy named Laish and a girl named
Serenity. The boy's name is biblical and means "lion," while the
girl's name means "godly peace." Besides having cool names, these
two have lots of fun. Laish enjoys playing with little machines like
toy tractors, while Serenity cares for her dolls. Crystal Mary
Lindsey's attention to detail is evident as corresponding illustrations
describe each element of the growing-up process in colorful images
resembling cartoon screenshots. Lindsey uses simple wording and
just a few sentences on every page. Whether an adult or a child,
you feel an underlying vibe reverberating from the pages,
encouraging you to be glad about who you are. This book will be a
favorite for children and appeal to adults and parents-to-be, as
there is a list of children's names and meanings. I picked Zina
for my unborn daughter. Because God Made Me I Am Special was a
wonderful reading experience, I hope to read more by this
author.
