5 stars - I enjoyed A Dragon of Turicum a lot - it had all the elements of a sword and sorcery fantasy that I loved and none of the ones that I disliked. It felt like forever waiting for book 2 to get here, but I dove in as soon as it showed and it was everything from book 1 and more. So much more. Worldbuilding - amazing; character development fantastic; plot? oh so much more involved than expected. I 100% did not see that twist coming. Everything about it was pure magic. Jan 2024
