Description
Bob entered the US Army in 1941 after failing his US Navy physical due to colorblindness. War came to the Philippines where Bob was stationed in a Military Police Unit. Combat, daily struggles to survive, prison camps, victory, and life followed these events. No family is perfect. Understanding the ghosts in a person's past can help us to lovingly forgive and move on with our own lives. Dealing with the difficult memories helped my family to heal. This story may encourage readers to look for the good in others and challenge the reader to make the best of every day because we do not know what tomorrow may bring.
