Description

Join our intrepid couple in Book 1 of Living the Italian Dreamas they 'Discover Molise'.
Meet Karren and Charlie as they move across Europe to the hill top town of San Martino in Pensilis with their home literally at their backs, in their fifth wheel caravan.
This was both during the Pandemic and, as the final days to the Brexit changes were looming.

How it unfolded is still a partial mystery even to them... this book tells it as it happened. How does a holiday visit to Karren's brother result in a complete life change within a year?.
This is the tale of how they fell in love with Italy. In particular with an Olive Grove in the little known and unspoilt region of Molise... a region that even Italians say does not exist... 'Molise non esiste'. A tale too, of how an idea they had had over 30 years ago finally, sort of, came to fruition.
There are tears and laughter, joy, and tribulations as they wend their way to Living the Italian Dream

REVIEWS

Robert Norfolk

A holiday that ends with the beginning of a new life, in Italy. This book could change your life as you know it!
A personal and humorous view of the exploits of Karren and Charlie. The first of a three book adventure.
I really enjoyed getting into Karren's mindset in this book and I could feel and envisage what she is saying and feeling.
She is witty, but also serious at times. This book is thoughtful and insightful, the beginning of an exciting and enlightening adventure into a new life. I could taste and smell it, and feel the people in my mind.
I cannot wait for the second book and to continue following Karren and Charlies story.

Alissa Frame

Lindsay Hartley Russell

"A warm and brilliantly written book, filled with honesty, humour and rich emotion... a book that quickly drew me in to wanting to read more. Immersing me completely into Karren and Charlie's journey that has brought them to live in Italy"
