Description
Does Heaven make mistakes?
It's a question I cannot answer. I don't believe in God, the Devil, the Bible, or that mythical place supposedly guarded by impenetrable pearly gates and angels plucking harp strings while riding fluffy white clouds.
But for the sake of transferring my thoughts and feelings from jumbled mind to page, let's assume I have faith in a place nobody has ever come back from.
That's how I choose to think about Heaven, at least my idea of it anyway.
To believe, I have to ignore the science, just as I did when reading Harry Potter for the first time. With a mind like mine, geared towards legalities, logic, and cold hard facts, it's quite the task.
My belief... Heaven is a creation, to ease the pain of losing a loved one.
Jenna would argue that I am blinkered, and that there is most definitely something beyond.
Madeline has her own ideas.
Who is right, and who is wrong?
Living with loss is a part of everyday life... we have all experienced it... navigating our way through it is the hard part.
