Spring Creek is the only place I've ever called home. I got pregnant in high school and had my daughter Betty, basically swearing off men after that. After living with my parents for awhile, I got a job as the local librarian at our small-town library.
Tuesday nights my folks watch Betty so I can join my Swish Sisters to catch up and play a bit of basketball. I love having a few hours where I'm not mom or a librarian, but just me - Becky.

While helping Betty with her booth at the local farmer's market, we meet Dexter. He super tall, tatted, and has more muscles than I've ever seen before. I'm over the moon when he makes me a trade to get my phone number.
