Six years after the events of 1988 in Puerto Rico, a young archaeologist named David Kaine seeks to explore the lost ruins of the Taino Indians. What he doesn't know is that six years ago, two explorers, Justin and Matt, attempted to uncover the secrets of the island with devastating results. The events of 1988 have been mostly forgotten by those who survived.

While the evil Taino God, Guacar, has been locked up, nobody knows about the curse of the lost golden Taino mask. It's yet another lost curse historians don't know about, except for the wise men who are still living.

As David is prepared to explore the hidden secrets of Puerto Rico's lost past, he bumps into an all-too-familiar sight: frogs with fangs. Not to mention, these frogs are also ravenous and not afraid to show it. David will get to explore the hidden temples of Puerto Rico, but the stakes are high.

David, his best friend Carlos, and a mysterious man named Daemon will have to face a new trial as they have to recover the lost golden mask of Caguax in hopes of reversing the new Taino curse and preventing Caguax from coming back. They will have to navigate different dungeons filled with traps and killer creatures, ready to devour them. The killer frogs and iguanas are back for a new generation of survival horror as even more dark secrets of Puerto Rico are revealed.
