Crimson Redemption, an action-thriller with a bruised Southern soul, a morally aware, but wavering hero, and enough bad decisions to fuel a Netflix movie.

Set in present-day Alabama, the story follows John "Mac" Elmore IV -- a college football legend-in-the-making until a career-ending injury and a bottomless bottle of Oxy turned him into a cautionary tale. Physical rehab ends. His addiction does not. And when his pill supplier ropes him into "just one favor" to wipe out his tab, Mac gets tangled in an extremist biker gang, a buried secret, and a conspiracy way outside his playbook. What begins as damage control spirals into a reckoning -- with Mac's name, his past, and the man he's trying (poorly) to become.

Tonally, it blends the grit of Elmore Leonard with the sideways grin of Carl Hiaasen. It's for readers who enjoy a protagonist with just enough scrappy charm to keep you rooting for him while he lights everything on fire.
